SHIPPING POLICY

At NIL Elite, we work hard to ensure your order is produced and delivered as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding processing times, delivery expectations, and address accuracy.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION

All NIL Elite products are made to order. Once an order is placed, it enters production before shipping.

• Processing and production times vary depending on the product and demand
• Estimated production times are displayed at checkout or on the product page
• Orders begin processing immediately and cannot be modified or canceled once production has started

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Shipping times vary based on destination, carrier, and selected shipping method.

• Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout when available
• Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees
• Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside of our control

NIL Elite is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to reflect movement.

ADDRESS ACCURACY & INVALID ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an address is entered incorrectly or is deemed invalid by the carrier:

• We will make every reasonable effort to contact the customer via email to resolve the issue
• We will always do our best to reroute or resend the order as quickly as possible
• Delays, rerouting issues, or non-delivery may occur due to an invalid or incomplete address

NIL Elite is not liable for additional shipping costs, replacement costs, or delivery failures resulting from an incorrect or invalid address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, reshipment may require additional shipping fees.

LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, NIL Elite is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers are encouraged to use secure delivery locations and contact the carrier directly for delivery disputes. If a package does seem to be lost or stolen, please reach out to our team via email, and we will attempt to get the order reprinted for you. Our supplier may offer free reprints if the order is proven to be lost or stolen, however, there is no guarantee a reprint will be free. This is only a courtesy that is at the discretion of the print supplier and NIL Elite has no control over free reprints. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
