Does money actually go to the athlete when I buy?
Yes, 100%. When you purchase from an athlete's NIL Elite store, 50% of the profits go directly to that athlete. This is not a donation or a percentage of a donation. It is a direct profit split, paid out at the end of the week after the drop closes. The athlete sees real money from every order.
How do I find a specific athlete's store?
Use the search bar on our homepage to search by athlete name. You can also browse all active collections by clicking Athlete Collections on the sidebar. Each athlete has their own dedicated collection page with their full merch line.
What products are available?
Every athlete's store has the same 24-item lineup: a variety of tees, hoodies, and crewneck sweatshirts, plus a hat, a polo, a blanket, and a tumbler. All 24 products feature the athlete's custom logo. Athletes do not select or customize which products are included. The lineup is the same for every drop. Every item is made to order, meaning production starts after you place your order.
How long does shipping take?
Every single order is made to order with no production delays. Production time ranges from 1 to 6 days, averaging 3 days. Shipping time averages 1 to 5 days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is a drop and how long does it last?
A drop is a limited-time window when an athlete's merch is available for purchase. Each drop runs for 10 days, from Friday to the following Sunday. Once the drop closes, the store goes offline and orders are sent to production. This creates urgency and ensures every item is made to order.
What is your return policy?
Because all products are printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or preference changes. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How do I contact support?

Is there any cost to sign up?
Zero. There is no upfront cost, no monthly fee, and no hidden charges, ever. We cover all design, production, and fulfillment costs. If your merch doesn't sell, we absorb the loss. You have absolutely no financial risk.
How much do I actually make?
You keep 50% of the profits from every sale, after the cost of goods. This is a true profit split, not a commission. The more your fans buy, the more you earn. We have paid out over $500,000 to athletes since launching, with individual athletes earning anywhere from a few hundred dollars to several thousand per drop.
When do I get paid?
You are paid out at the end of the week after your drop closes, once all orders have been fulfilled. Payment is sent directly to you via Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo.
How long does it take to get my store live?
We design your custom logo, build your full 24-item product lineup, and launch your drop. You just need to submit your photos and approve your designs. We handle everything else.
What sports and levels do you work with?
We work with athletes across all sports and all levels: high school juniors and seniors, college athletes (all divisions), and professional players. If you have a fan base that wants to support you, we can build your merch line.
Does this affect my NCAA eligibility?
NIL Elite operates under NCAA Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) rules. Your merch drop uses your name and likeness only. We do not use your school's name, logo, or trademarks. Our contract is compliant with every college and university in the country. Once you sign the contract online, you simply disclose it to your school's compliance office or through your NIL Go platform. NIL Elite does not handle the disclosure process. That is the athlete's responsibility, and the onboarding outline we send you walks you through exactly how to do it.
What do I need to provide?
We need a few high-quality photos of you (action shots and/or portrait shots work great) and basic information about your sport, school, and preferred colors. That's it. Our design team takes it from there and builds your entire merch line.
Can I run multiple drops?
Every athlete starts with one drop. Additional drops are determined on a case by case basis. Since NIL Elite fronts all the costs, we evaluate follow-up drops based on the performance of your first drop, the season, and demand from your fan base. If your first drop performs well, we will reach out about scheduling another. We do not generally run two drops back to back. Follow-up drops are typically spaced out by at least several months.
